About the role
Golden Gloves Technical Services L.L.C. is looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician & Plumber (Technician) to join our technical services team in Dubai.
The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works across residential, commercial and industrial properties. The role requires strong hands-on technical knowledge, the ability to identify faults efficiently, and a commitment to completing work safely and professionally.
The technician will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, respond to service requests, coordinate with supervisors and other technical team members, and ensure all assigned works are completed in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience as an Electrician, Plumber or Multi-Skilled Technician in the UAE or GCC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply lines, drainage, sanitary fittings and related maintenance works.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and plumbing faults accurately and carry out effective corrective actions.
• Experience with residential, commercial and building maintenance environments.
• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams, layouts and technical instructions.
• Familiarity with electrical distribution boards, switches, sockets, lighting systems, pumps and related equipment.
• Experience in installation and maintenance of sanitary fittings, pipes, valves, water heaters and drainage systems.
• Ability to use electrical testing instruments and standard plumbing/electrical hand tools safely.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a technical maintenance team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing field-based technical work.
• Flexible to attend emergency or urgent maintenance requirements when required.
• UAE driving licence will be considered an advantage.
• Relevant ITI, Diploma, Trade Certificate or technical qualification in Electrical / Plumbing / Building Maintenance is preferred.
